Keturah brings more than 15 years of experience across operations management, project management, executive services, and business administration.
Her contract consulting work supporting the U.S. Food and Drug Administration Human Foods Program included SOP development, workforce documentation, policy review, and timekeeping administration.
Her executive project management experience includes directing a three-person administrative team and coordinating projects, procurement, vendors, boards, and committees.
Entrepreneurship

Keturah is the Founder & CEO of The Keturah Parker Agency, where she provides fractional operations leadership, operational strategy, and executive-level business support.
She is also the Founder & CEO of The Elite Suite, a business technology platform supporting CRM, funnels, email and SMS automation, scheduling, memberships, websites, and related business infrastructure.
Together, these ventures reflect different sides of the same work: helping leaders create the structure, systems, and technology needed to support execution and growth.

Keturah is the author and creator behind Unshackled™, a personal and professional development brand built around themes of freedom, faith, identity, personal growth, entrepreneurship, and leadership.

Her published work also includes DJ & Kree's Little Wonders, a children's creative and publishing venture inspired by her children.
